Minimum Order & Mixed Selection
Wholesale orders start at US$500 in product value, excluding shipping, taxes and duties. Mix any available products, with no minimum quantity per design.

Samples
Contact us to check sample availability for the products you are considering. Sample pricing and shipping costs will be confirmed before payment.

Delivery Timing
Standard orders are expected to arrive within one month of order confirmation and payment. Your quotation confirms the estimated delivery window for your destination. Custom orders and upcoming designs have separate timelines.

Shipping
Shipping is quoted separately based on your destination, product selection and order quantity. We will confirm the charge, what it includes and any additional costs before you pay.

Payment
After you approve the quotation, we will send an invoice with the available payment methods and agreed payment schedule. Your selection, delivery details and total cost are confirmed before payment.

Can I see a sample first?
Ask about sample availability, pricing and delivery for the products you are considering. These details will be confirmed before you commit to a sample order.
What are the order quantities and lead times?
The quantity discount tiers begin at 24 units. Product-level order requirements and timing depend on your selection and availability. Include your destination and any needed-by date so we can confirm the details in your quote.
Can I order gifts for a retreat or group?
Yes, we welcome group-gifting enquiries. Share the occasion, recipient group, estimated quantity and date. We will discuss the available options and confirm what is possible for your plans.
